Raised in a multigenerational real estate family that helped introduce a national brokerage brand to South Carolina in the 1970s, Lauren developed an early understanding of property as both investment and legacy. After spending nearly a decade in California immersed in architecture, innovation, and design culture, she returned to the Southeast and built a successful design and cabinetry business advising homeowners, builders, and developers on projects ranging from targeted renovations to fully custom homes. Today, Lauren brings that same strategic perspective to her real estate clients. Whether evaluating a value-add acquisition, positioning a luxury listing for maximum market impact, identifying redevelopment potential, or helping homeowners make informed renovation decisions,
she approaches every property through the lens of opportunity creation. Lauren holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation and is known for combining disciplined market strategy with practical design expertise. Outside of business, Lauren is a devoted mother of three and enjoys travel, hiking, kayaking, gardening, cooking, and exploring architecture and design throughout the Carolinas.
